Please read these terms carefully before using the 24bdb platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 24bdb website, mobile interface, betting platform, casino games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and 24bdb ("the Operator", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.
24bdb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Platform will display a prominent notice. Your continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Access to the 24bdb Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the conditions listed below.
- Age — You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 24bdb enforces a strict 21+ policy. Any user found to be under the minimum age will have their account immediately suspended, all associated funds forfeited, and the matter reported in accordance with applicable law.
- Legal capacity — You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting on behalf of another individual or entity when using the Platform for gambling purposes.
- Single account — Each user is permitted to hold exactly one account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts in order to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Personal use — The Platform is provided for your personal entertainment only. You must not use your 24bdb account for any commercial purpose, on behalf of any third party, or in connection with any form of organised gambling operation.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of services on the 24bdb Platform, you are required to register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account security.
- Accurate information — You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
- Account security — You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and OTP codes. 24bdb will never ask for your password via any channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact support immediately.
- Account updates — You must promptly update your account information if any of the details change. Outdated or inaccurate account information may result in delayed transactions or temporary account restrictions until verification is completed.
- Non-transferability — Your 24bdb account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or allow any third party to use your account for any purpose whatsoever.
- Dormant accounts — Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. 24bdb reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts or to close them after reasonable notice has been provided to the registered mobile number.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 24bdb Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 24bdb does not apply any transaction fee or currency conversion surcharge on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported local payment channels.
Deposit Conditions
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 24bdb balance within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed at the payment provider's end. In exceptional cases involving network delays or scheduled maintenance, processing may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, you should contact support with your transaction reference number. 24bdb does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 5 to 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times may extend during peak periods or if your account requires additional verification. 24bdb will only process withdrawals to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the same account, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. Before any withdrawal can be processed, any active wagering requirement on bonus-derived funds must be fully satisfied.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
24bdb offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with that offer, in addition to the general conditions set out below. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms will take precedence only in respect of the matter in conflict.
- Wagering requirements — All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific offer terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses at 24bdb is 20x the bonus amount.
- Expiry — Bonus funds that have not been used within the period specified in the relevant offer will automatically expire and be removed from the account. Where no expiry period is stated, the default expiry period for bonus funds is 30 days from the date of issue.
- Eligibility — Bonuses are available only to users who have completed account verification and made at least one qualifying deposit. 24bdb reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion and to withhold bonuses from accounts that show patterns of bonus abuse.
- One bonus per promotion — Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is limited to one participation per player per household. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts, devices, or payment methods constitutes abuse and may result in all accounts being suspended.
- Modifications — 24bdb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to an account, the applicable wagering requirements remain binding even if the promotion itself is subsequently withdrawn.
6. Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct
24bdb is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire user base. The Platform provides a suite of tools to help users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within your account settings at any time.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 24bdb Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.
- Fraudulent activity — Including but not limited to using stolen payment credentials, initiating false chargebacks, exploiting technical errors or software bugs to obtain funds, and any form of identity fraud or impersonation.
- Collusion and match-fixing — Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, or participating in any form of match-fixing in relation to sports betting markets available on the Platform.
- Use of automated tools — Operating bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other automated means to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Money laundering — Using the 24bdb Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their origin or legitimising proceeds of criminal activity. 24bdb complies with applicable AML obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available on the 24bdb Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall selection and arrangement of the Platform's elements — is the intellectual property of 24bdb or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No User is granted any licence, right, or interest in or to any intellectual property belonging to 24bdb beyond the limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the 24bdb Platform without the prior written consent of 24bdb. Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 24bdb, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage, even if 24bdb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
24bdb's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms or the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their 24bdb account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
24bdb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may give rise to account suspension or termination, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the situation.
- Breach of Terms — Any material or repeated breach of these Terms, including prohibited conduct identified in Section 6, account misrepresentation, or failure to comply with age or identity verification requirements.
- Security concerns — Reasonable suspicion of unauthorised access to the account, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, or any other activity that may pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.
- Regulatory obligation — Where 24bdb is required to suspend or close an account pursuant to any applicable legal or regulatory obligation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority.
- Voluntary closure — At your own request. To close your account, contact 24bdb support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
10. Governing Law and Amendments
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 24bdb operates an online platform accessible globally, including from Bangladesh. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. 24bdb makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use or available in all locations.
24bdb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
